About the experience
What can I expect from the event?
F3 Polo is much more than a traditional polo match, it is a fully immersive lifestyle experience. The day seamlessly blends fast-paced sporting action with high-energy entertainment. Guests can get exceptionally close to the action, partake in the traditional stomping of the divots, and mingle directly with the players.
Beyond the field, the event transforms into a vibrant outdoor festival featuring a main stage with top-tier DJs, fashionable crowds, delicious seasonal food options from local food trucks, and a strong, active commitment to environmental sustainability.
Where is the experience located?
The experience takes place at Mission Fields, Centennial Parklands, Centennial Park.
Does the experience take place in an indoor or outdoor venue?
This experience is held outdoors. The matches will continue regardless of the weather. We advise monitoring local forecasts and choosing your attire accordingly.
How long does the experience last?
The experience lasts approximately 7 hours.
Will food and beverage be available on site for purchase?
This event is a licensed event with food, alcohol, soft drinks, and water available for purchase. Any contraband will be confiscated. Water taps will be provided free of charge. You cannot bring your own food and alcohol into the event (unless you have specific dietary requirements).
Is there parking available?
Sorry, no. Due to the urban settings of the event we recommend to use: taxis, ride sharing service and public transportation options such as bus services to Oxford Street or Anzac Parade. For timetables, maps and trip planning visit www.transportnsw.info, download a train or bus app from the App Store of Google Play or call 131 500.
We strongly advise against driving if you are intending to consume any alcohol at our event. Where can I sit?
It depends on your ticket type. Our GA zone is first-come-first served seating. Our VIP zone offers 2 ticket types. The reserved seated option within VIP is called “Platinum” and is a reserved table + stools for 10 pax. The rest of the zone is first-come-first served and is either bistro, bar leaners + stools or sofas. Shading is available. Our Private Marquee suites offer multiple seating options including sofas, bistros and bar learners - also with shading.
Is there a dress code?
Summer smart casual with clean looks and sharp detailing is the order of the day. Our stylists suggest:
For the ladies, flowing dresses or tailored pants and wedges/sandals are the norm (stiletto heels are best left at home). A summer hat, headband, scarf or accessory can be an excellent way to finish off an outfit.
For the gents, a tailored shirt matched with dress shorts or chinos, together with loafers or boat shoes achieves a polished yet casual look for the day.
Sunglasses are a must-have accessory for a sunny day.
A smile.
Will there be interaction with the players?
Yes, you can interact with the players during our hitting competition and stomp the divots which happen during the breaks in play. You’ll often see the players mixing and mingling with attendees in between their games.
